Cancelling and refunds
In short
You can cancel anytime, with no minimum term: on your billing page, or by writing to contact@hyperdesk-ai.com. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Your site then goes offline, and your domain stays yours.
How do I cancel?
Sign in to your billing page with the email you paid with and cancel your plan there, or write to contact@hyperdesk-ai.com and we will cancel it for you.
When does cancelling take effect?
At the end of your current billing period: the month, or the year on the annual option. You will not be charged again.
Do I get a refund?
If you cancel before your site goes live, we refund the launch fee in full. Once your site is live, the launch fee is not refundable. We do not refund partial billing periods.
What happens to my site and my domain?
When the plan ends, your site goes offline. Your domain stays yours, and you can point it anywhere you like.
Can I keep a copy of my site?
Yes. If you cancel the plan, we will send you a copy of your site’s files on request. What you own.
