Asking for changes to your site
In short
Email us what to change. The Website plan includes 2 small changes a month, done within 2 business days, and extra small changes are $12 each. There is nothing to log in to and no site builder to learn: we make the change for you.
How do I ask for a change?
Email contact@hyperdesk-ai.com with what to change and the page it is on. New photos, the new text or a screenshot help.
What counts as a small change?
Updates such as new hours or prices, new photos of your work, an updated list of the insurance plans you accept, or swapping the service you feature for the season. If you are not sure, ask us.
How fast are changes made?
Within 2 business days.
Do unused changes carry over?
No. Unused changes do not carry over to the next month.
How much are extra changes?
$12 for each small change beyond the 2 included in a month.
Can I edit the site myself?
You send us what to change and we do it. If you want to edit everything yourself, a website builder may suit you better: see building it yourself or done for you.
