You keep your domain. It can stay where it is, with the company you registered it with. When your site launches, we point it to the new site, and it stays yours if you ever cancel.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain. When the site launches, we point your current domain to it.
Do I need to move my domain?
No. Your domain can stay where it is. When you launch, we point it to your new site.
What do you need to connect it?
Access to your domain settings, at the company where you registered the domain (your registrar). We go over it on the kickoff call. If someone else looks after your domain, such as a past web designer, it helps to have them on hand.
I use email at my domain. Should I tell you?
Yes. If you have email addresses at your domain (like you@yourbusiness.com), tell us on the kickoff call so we keep it in mind when we connect your site.
What happens to my domain if I cancel?
It stays yours. When the plan ends, the site goes offline, and you can point the domain anywhere you like.
